Shipping policy
You can trust that Vivoderm Laboratories will quickly process your order and that your order will be safely delivered. Vivoderm Laboratories can ship products anywhere in the world using the United States Postal Service. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Shipping charges are determined by the United States Postal Service or relevant carriers. Vivoderm proudly conducts business with the following shippers, FedEx, UPS, USPS.
We offer free standard shipping within the U.S on orders over $199 USD. This does not include express (overnight) shipping. Orders are generally shipped within 24 business hours from the time the order is placed. (Except weekends)
Vivoderm Laboratories is not responsible for your order once it has been shipped. Our policy is to ship the order to the address that you request your order to be shipped to during the check-out process. If you want to request a signature from the currier, you must indicate your request in the special instructions field during check-out.
