Shipping Policy

You can trust that Vivoderm Laboratories will quickly process your order and that your order will be safely delivered. Vivoderm Laboratories can ship products anywhere in the world using the United States Postal Service, UPS or Fed-Ex. Due to fraud concerns, we do not process international orders online at this time.

When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Shipping charges are determined by the chosen carriers. Vivoderm proudly conducts business with the following shippers, FedEx, UPS, USPS.

We offer free standard shipping within the U.S on orders over $60 USD. This does not include express (overnight) shipping. Orders are generally shipped within 24 business hours from the time the order is placed. (Except weekends)

Vivoderm Laboratories is not responsible for your order once it has been shipped. Our policy is to ship the order to the address that you request your order to be shipped to during the check-out process. If you want to request a signature from the courier, you must indicate your request in the special instructions field during check-out.

Vivoderm Laboratories respects your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be fully secured and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
